About Phil Bond

Passion, Experience, and a Heart for Service Define His Journey.

Phil is a Navy veteran, urban missionary, and avid canine enthusiast with a steadfast commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

His journey in the nonprofit sector began as a development professional at City Union Mission, raising donations to support programs for Kansas City's homeless population. He has also served on the board of directors of Bikers Against Hunger, a national charity dedicated to eradicating hunger. 

More recently, as the Development Officer for the Center for Conflict Resolution, Phil's work has advanced restorative justice and violence prevention initiatives in the Greater Kansas City community. Together, these experiences have ignited his passion for serving and empowering the meaningful work of nonprofits.
